We’re looking for someone to collaborate with our global Talent Acquisition team to help identify, source, interview and close exceptional talent for our rapidly growing global sales team.

What’s the job?

This individual will help build our sales talent pipeline globally, supporting a strategic approach to direct recruitment in a fast-paced, high-growth organization.

This role will be based in our Manhattan office and will report directly to our US Talent Acquisition Director; but will have the unique opportunity to partner closely with our Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers in our UK Headquarters.

The Sales Recruiter will bring new ideas and play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring top talent for our teams on a global scale, by leveraging creative sourcing methods and building a robust pool of top sales talent.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to working in an in-house role with senior execs across UK and US, namely, our Chief Commercial Officer and CEO.

About you

• Required 1-2 years of sales hiring experience within a fast-paced recruitment team, potentially within a recruitment agency (desirable)
• Adept with using LinkedIn and other forms of social media to find top-notch candidates
• A proven track record of finding passive talent for hard-to-fill roles
• Superior interpersonal, relationship and rapport-building skills
• Prior experience sourcing for Sales positions (desirable)
• A skilled interviewer and ambassador to both the company and talent acquisition team
• Superior attention to detail, organization, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills
