Job Summary:

As a Production Technician at Millson, you will play a crucial role in our production processes. You will be picking parts, assembling and testing sub-assemblies and finished goods, testing and packaging and staging for shipping. Your expertise in manufacturing, along with your strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, will contribute to the overall success of our company. You’ll work closely with a dedicated team of professionals to ensure that our products exceed customer expectations and maintain our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and test sub-assemblies and finished goods that have mechanical and electrical elements.
• Perform quality inspections on raw materials, in-process, and finished products to maintain our commitment to exceptional quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, working closely with the production team and supervisors to ensure minimal downtime.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of production processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and cost reduction.
• Accurately document and maintain production records, ensuring data integrity for performance tracking and analysis.
• Support production planning and scheduling, ensuring timely completion of projects.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in a related field is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn and operate assemblies and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• A commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency in all aspects of the job.

Salary: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
