We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated, and self-sufficient recruiter who will be responsible for all things talent acquisition. With your attention to detail, you will manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, oversee our social media recruitment presence, and proactively source for all positions. If you are looking for a traditional recruiter position, this position is not for you. We not only want a recruiter who will use traditional recruiting methods, but also a talent scout who will establish and maintain relationships with organizations and people in the industry as well as vocational, technical school and colleges/universities.

How You Will Be Successful:

• Build strong relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and goals.

• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates.

• Maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired, and other candidate relationships.

• Proactively source open positions through various means, including cold-calling, social media, advertising, searching on-line resume databases, internet postings, networking with professional and community organizations, and referrals.

• Participate in industry events (SLAA) and conferences to build relationships with potential candidates and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

• Monitor social media presence related to talent acquisition.

• Facilitate the interview process and provide hands-on day-to-day recruiting support.

• Provide general assistance to managers on the interviewing/hiring process and the promotion or transfer of current employees to authorized vacancies.

• Conduct job analysis on new or existing jobs; formulate recommendations on placement of the job within the salary structure; write s and job descriptions.

• Administer, interpret, and assess behavioral assessments.

• Abide by Mills policies and procedures and laws pertaining to Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, etc.

What You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience required
• Minimum of three years’ experience handling the full lifecycle of recruitment required
• Adept at building relationships and working in a team environment with proven track record of sharing ideas, providing encouragement, building on other’s ideas, giving due appreciation, and bringing out the best in others
• Compelling communicator with strong negotiating, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to maintain composure against obstacles; solving problems with keen insight
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance is required
• ATS experience is preferred
• Predictive Index experience is preferred
