ROLE SUMMARY :

The Digital Marketing Strategist is a pivotal role that encompasses both strategic planning and hands-on execution. This person collaborates with clients and internal teams to develop and manage email, web, and digital projects / strategies.

Specializing in omni-channel campaigns, the Digital Marketing Strategist designs and executes multi-channel marketing strategies.

This includes using marketing automation tools and other available resources, creating personalized content, and ensuring measurable outcomes.

This position s to the Digital Marketing Director.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Develop comprehensive omni-channel marketing strategies that align with client objectives and drive engagement across various channels.
• Coordinate digital marketing efforts as they relate to SEO, email, marketing automation, keyword strategies, digital strategy, social, analytics and other related projects.
• Design and implement marketing automation strategies and workflows to optimize campaign performance and achieve specific client goals.
• Serve as an email deliverability expert, ensuring emails reach the inbox and comply with industry best practices and regulations.
• Interface with clients in a technical support capacity, providing guidance on digital marketing best practices and troubleshooting any technical issues.
• Execute on and maintain client marketing calendars.
• Build and manage templates, create emails, and deploy campaigns across various channels, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure campaign success.
• Follow internal digital review processes and suggest or implement improvements.

OTHER DUTIES :

• Collaborate with product development efforts to provide insights into client needs and preferences, ensuring that our products meet market demands.
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
• Identify trends and insights to optimize performance and budget allocations.
• Support every associate whenever possible and foster a spirit of teamwork within the agency.
• Manage and help prepare for virtual and on-site client meetings as needed.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS :

• Proven work experience in digital marketing and marketing automation platforms.
• Proficiency with multiple email service provider and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience with automated data processing and audience segmentation.
• Experience implementing DKIM / DMARC / DNS and subdomain records.
• Familiarity with CMS web editing tools.
• Familiarity with marketing ing and analytics.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics. GA Certified preferred.
• Experience with performance metrics and data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Prior experience within financial services, banking or other highly regulated industry preferred.
