GENERAL PURPOSE

Engage with appropriate internal / external contact on the shipping status of orders, shipping quotes, providing tracking and proof of delivery as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Coordinate shipments of completed orders going to company distribution center via daily truck.

Coordinate shipments of completed orders going direct (domestic and international).

Review order and / or confirm the order the method of travel and the shipment terms. Produce international shipping documents (certificate of origin, commercial invoice).

Coordinate with MillerKnoll international shipping contacts for large / complex orders.

Update / Maintain information tracking for s / spreadsheets.

Support the MillerKnoll Performance System and Kaizen activity.

Export / Import of samples, mockups, etc.

Performs additional responsibilities as requested.

As needed : assist loaders in labeling cartons, scanning, and loading.

Education / Experience

One of the following is required : (1) High school diploma or its equivalent (GED for example), (2) work experience which demonstrates performance competency
