Miller Manufacturing Company is a customer driven manufacturer and international distributor of farm, ranch and pet products. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) that is ready to Listen Generously and Go the Extra Mile, providing service that shows our customers The Miller Way!
Essential Functions
Customer Service is responsible for acting as the primary contact person for our customers and end consumers. Receiving and managing customer orders, phone calls and emails, supporting a 24-hour or less response time. Resolving issues, working with Supply Chain to ensure accurate and on-time orders and generally supporting Sales, Marketing and Quality.
Knowledge, Education, Experience and/or Certifications:

• A high school diploma, three to five years of related experience and/or training, or the equivalent combination of education and experience, is required.
• Exceptional PC skills including Manufacturing software (ERP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• On-the-job training may be required.
