As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment life cycle within the Health and/or community services sector. You will enjoy working within a fast-paced and constantly changing environment and have the ability to adapt and flex as needed. This role will suit an experienced recruiter who enjoys building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You will benefit from working with a truly engaging team who work across Australia and be supported by management who likes to develop their staff. The already strong organisation has continued to expand and due to this growth, they have a need to expand their team.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Take job briefs from hiring managers and assist with writing accurate position descriptions
• Support hiring managers with growth plans for their team
• Post ads, source candidates and complete initial screening
• Organise interviews and assessment centres
• Provided candiate care and manage pre-employment checks
• Maintain the database
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships

Key skills required:

• Strong recruitment experience in a busy and fast-paced environment
• Tertiary education in a relevant field
• Experience with social networking and utilising social platforms to engage candidates
• Excellent communication skills and experience with various CRMS
• Recruitment experience in Health or community services is a bonus

Salary on offer is in the range of $90,000 to $95,000 + super.
