The Role
Reporting to the Head of HR, the Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle for a national organisation across both commercial and operational functions. Also supporting the broader people & culture team on initiatives to drive engagement, retention and drive further brand recognition.


Responsibilities will include:
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to become a trusted advisor and deliver end to end talent solutions.
  • Further develop and implement innovative recruitment practices to ensure to aid in attracting leading talent
  • Proactively sourcing candidates for critical roles to ensure there is always a qualified talent pipeline
  • Coaching managers on interviewing and best practice recruitment strategies
  • Providing useful market insights to key stakeholders
  • Developing new initiatives to support in building brand awareness within the candidate community including networking
  • Managing relationships with recruitment agencies and partnering on key roles where required
Skills & Experience
You’ll have previous recruitment experience ideally within an internal environment however agency will also be considered. This would also be an excellent opportunity for a recruitment coordinator to take the next step in their career.
You will be dynamic, adaptable, show initiative and build credibility with key stakeholders. You will work with pace, be agile and with a willingness to learn and work with the broader team. A natural relationship builder who is adaptable to different communication styles always ensuring the messaging is fluid with both candidate and client.
