Job Description :

• Focused experience with technical and / or commercial roles.
• We are looking to fill the commercial recruiter role. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for sales / marketing, product managers, and / or field service roles.
• We are looking for recruiters who have proven experience recruiting for multiple functions, including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, and Field Service roles.
• The recruiter in these roles will build positive relationships with hiring managers, consulting and serving as a talent adviser to ensure their hiring needs are met.

Education & Experience :

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree and 5 years of recruiting experience or 8 years demonstrated full cycle recruitment in lieu of a degree
• In house recruitment experience strongly preferred
• Previous experience with TA Technology platforms including ATS (Workday preferred) and CRM (Yello preferred)
• Prior experience supporting one or more of the following disciplines : Technical, Engineers, Commercial Operations functions (medical device, scientific or other regulated company experience preferred)
• Proficiency with using social recruiting
• Organized and results oriented and demonstrates a sense of urgency & high responsiveness.
• Demonstrates business maturity and is influential & customer focused with strong prioritization skills
• Experience with MS Office applications (i. e. MS Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Ability to independently source & engage with qualified passive candidates.
• Proven track record to demonstrate solid attention to detail
• Self-starter and highly motivated with the ability to work with teams and autonomously as needed.
• Ability to navigate and deliver in a matrix environment where ambiguity can exist.
• Comfort in speaking up or escalating when support is needed.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills required
• Solid understanding of current federal / state regulations related to employment (i.e. EEOC, OFCCP).

Recruiting Partner responsibilities :

• Own and drive the full life cycle recruitment process to meet or exceed established SLAs
• Conduct detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to establish clear position requirements, define key deliverables, and develop a strong recruitment strategy.
• Assist Managers in developing attractive job ads to match job responsibilities and talent market to source top diverse talent
• Proactively create targeted attraction and engagement strategies (job boards, social media, compelling / relevant messaging) for active candidates
• Utilize various talent sourcing tools and research new tools / job boards as the need arises to identify and attract prospective candidates for pipe-lining, including diverse and underrepresented talent
• Track record of developing diversity-specific recruiting strategies and getting leaders to think more broadly about talent and support BD’s I&D recruitment efforts
• Create impactful messaging to promote the what’s in it for me’ for the candidate. Effectively communicate position opportunity and BD’s value proposition
• Establish cooperative partnership with hiring leaders and candidates throughout the hiring process through maintaining regular touch points, and providing timely follow through and follow up
• Use competency-based interviewing tools to identify and differentiate candidates in presentation and short-list process
• Develop and bring to bear strong relationships with key partners including TA Business Partners, HR Partners, and functional business leaders
• Accurately manage candidate / requisition life-cycle in ATS to ensure data integrity for ing
• Partner closely with internal teams such as Legal, Total Rewards and Global Mobility as needed to onboard candidates effectively.
