SUMMARY
The E-Training Administrator provides technical leadership in the support of Millennium Systems International learning management systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· (SME) Subject matter expert on the LMS and DAP platforms
· Serves as a point of escalation for all system issues, administrative aspects, and important processes of the LMS and DAP platforms including the managing of teams, user permissions, notifications, and configuration
· Creates and manages the overall course structure and sets up course programs based on the specifications of the Training Manager
· Uploads and tests the e-learning courses created by the Training Course Developer or Training Designers into the learning management system (LMS)
· Manages all tasks related to the LMS and DAP, including communicating with the software vendor, troubleshooting and fixing user issues, compiling reports and data, and communicating about performance metrics to management
· Manages LMS and DAP update announcements to internal departments
· Actively participates in industry forums and stays current on new technologies and applications as it applies to LMS and DAP software and systems
· Collaborates with internal departments to see how LMS or DAP can assist with their training needs and works with Training Course Developer on the implementation
· Stays up to date on Meevo software, releases and roadmap to improve content
· Performs the responsibilities of the Training Course Developer when necessary
· Maintains certifications of LMS and DAP platforms

· Technical Capabilities: Strong technical capabilities, in-depth knowledge of industry-standard publishing formats. Working knowledge of multiple web design technologies such as HTML
QUALIFICATIONS
· Education: High school diploma or GED
· Tech: WalkMe, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, BBCode
· Skills: Highly developed communication, presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of adult learning and course design.
· Experience: 5+ years training/education experience, preferably with adult learners. Millennium/Meevo 2 software experience a plus. Previous experience using a CRM database is preferred.
