General Summary of Duties: The CBO Operations Coordinator is responsible for working with the leadership team and carrying out the CBO’s logistics strategy and making sure that the appropriate staffing, organization and supply procedures are in place. The CBO Operations Coordinator performs a variety of resource management and strategic planning tasks to make sure business continues as usual with minimal downtime or interruption to workflow. This position will assist with the onboarding of new employees, confirm meetings, order supplies and perform various other tasks based on the needs to fulfill essential objectives of the CBO.

Essential Functions:

• Working with supervisors and managers to learn departmental needs and goals
• Identifying and resolving any problems in the production process
• Assisting management with daily operational activities
• Managing office supplies and the maintenance of office equipment
• Arranging and assisting with the onboarding of new employees
• Preparing and maintaining CBO Fee Schedules and various other s
• Planning and organizing employee events, staff training, and employee engagement activities
• Performing administrative tasks, special projects and various other tasks as needed

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Good time management, prioritization and multitasking abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues
• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills (Power Point, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening
• Great strategic planning and problem-solving skills
• Collaboration and teamwork skills

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED required
• Experience in an administrative role
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
