Position Overview

With oversight for the talent acquisition organization, the Director of Talent Acquisitions will be responsible for managing executive level relationships and working in close partnership with Business Partners (in and out of HR) on Workforce Planning and developing strategies to ensure representative talent pipelines aligned to organizational growth plans.

This position will maintain a deep knowledge of changing market conditions and the competitive landscape for talent along with developing and maintaining strong relationships with appropriate third parties.

• Create strategies that creatively differentiate ourselves in the marketplace that disrupt our current traditional recruiting practices
• Develop and implement strategies that drives internal talent discussions for all levels
• Develop and execute the talent acquisition strategic vision that cultivates a high-performance environment, has a wide representation of candidates and ensures that the company has a talent network made up of best individuals in the industry
• Continuously improve the selection process and hiring decisions that reflect the business needs
• Partners with HR and business partners to ensure a dynamic, meaningful pre- and on-boarding experience for all new hires
• Create and provide a high caliber and consistent experience for both hiring manager and candidate throughout the process inclusive of sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and onboarding
• Advise business partners on interviewing best practices and train hiring teams on conducting interviews and other talent acquisition learning opportunities
• Consult on workforce planning and forecasting
• Build Talent Acquisition Consultant capability (business acumen, collaborating and influencing skills) and create a strong sense of team unity and engagement
• Create appropriate analytics dashboards and be able to translate data to a meaningful business narrative
• Develop a workforce planning process that anticipates skill requirements and builds the recruiting capability to ensure access to the talent required to meet the current and future business needs

Experience

• BS in Human Resources, Business or related field
• 10 or more years TA or Recruitment Management experience., with at least 3 managing and leading a team
• Experience with ApplicantPro preferred
• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) selection and implementation experience preferred
• Relevant certification (SHPR, SHRM-CP, CDR) preferred
• Excellent communication skills – written and oral
• Hands on leadership approach with the ability to think and implement strategically
• Excellent communications skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels
• Organized with ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Strong technical skills – Excel, Word, Outlook, HRIS Systems (ApplicantPro, ADP)
• Healthcare industry experience desired
