You will assist with the smooth running of the HRIS and act as custodian of all HR data ensuring its accuracy, through effective system management and regular data audits. It will include producing all annual, ad-hoc and develop and maintain a suite of self-service reports to be accessed by HR Colleagues and Managers.

What the role will involve:
To act as first line support to all Colleagues and Managers responding to day to day HR queries
To support the administration of the employee life cycle, by producing letters and processing changes in the HRIS SelectHR
To support in the rechecking of employee screening such as DBS and driver checks.
To act as the systems expert and champion, promote awareness of all HR systems and processes and their benefits across the business.
Identify and suggest system developments and process improvements
Continuously identify and develop appropriate self-service reports in SelectHR for colleagues in the wider HR function as well as Managers.
Produce any annual or ad-hoc reports as required
To assist with any HR projects designed to deliver the HR Strategy and broader Business Strategy.
In addition to all of the above, to carry out other ad-hoc tasks as requested by the HR Operations Manager.
About you:
Strong HR administration skills
A proactive and self-motivated learner, with a willingness to research resolutions to issues or new skills.
Ability to manage data, interpret data and produce well-presented reports as required
Analytical ability to both interpret and manipulate large sets of data
Excellent use of HR Systems skills
Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications including Excel; the use of functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formatting and formula.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels
