Millard Sprinkler Hiring for Full Stack Software Developer at Omaha, NE Full Time

This position is based in Omaha Ne and requires local residency.

Summary: Will build, design, revamp, update, deploy and present software design, development ideas, and updates.

• Design, build and maintain websites and Express API’s with a React.js front-end and PostgreSQL database backend.
• Assist in maintenance and development of JavaScript-based system with SQL database and React front-end.
• Implement unit testing using Jest.
• AWS experience and mobile application development is desired.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
• Able to adhere to team’s design and development standard.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
• Keeps current on pertinent technologies through self-study and training opportunities.
• Shows initiative to learn new skills and techniques to provide innovative solutions.
• Implements and supports systems for internal and external clients. Thoroughly tests own work.
• Work both independently and within the development team.
• Work within timelines to keep projects on track.
• Deliver code in an agile team environment.
• Experience with continuous integration / continuous deployments.

Qualifications:

• Web/API development in Node.js
• Front-end development experience
• Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, React.js, React Native
• SQL knowledge with scripting, writing queries and stored procedures.
• PostgreSQL, Express, React, and Node JS is required.
• Knowledge in application development and cloud architecture (AWS) is a bonus.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to learn new programming languages and technologies through self-study is required.
• Problem solving skills.
• Listening skills.
• Strong work ethic and integrity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
