We are currently looking to hire both full- and part-time teachers to join our team. The age of children with which you will work will be determined by your preference and by our needs. Wages will be based on experience; employees with children qualify for discounted care; and employees qualify for paid-time-off after one year (based on number of hours worked).

Hours: Open Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM. No nights or weekends! Various and flexible shifts available.

Paid holidays include New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. (Employees qualify for these days after 90 days of employment).

All teachers and aides will be required to:

• Assist in planning and executing lesson plans and activities that follow the theme of the week;

• Maintain a classroom environment focusing on the emotional, social, physical, and cognitive needs of each child;

• Complete all required annual in-service (twelve hours for full-time; six hours for part-time), in-service costs are paid by the company;

• Meet all applicable licensing regulations, including undergoing a background check, sex offender registry check, and child/adult abuse and neglect registry check;

• Assist with light cleaning duties in the classroom, main building areas, and restrooms;

• Provide the children with the meals and snacks that have been prepared by the cook at the appropriate times;

• Additional requirements and expectations vary by room and will be discussed during the interview process.
