Job Responsibilities:

· Prepares, reconciles and distributes expenditure and related accounts reports

· Creates and maintains various spreadsheets related to financial analysis

· Processes and tracks transactional entries

· Provides support in the administration of various business operations

· Coordinates with various departments on accounting matters

· Monitors systems and operations to assure a smooth workflow

· Performs related duties as assigned

· Responsible for posting A/P and A/R transaction activities for the company. And process company A/P online payment.

· Receives cash, check, credit card payments and applies credit to customer accounts. Scan and deposit checks to remote bank account and posting daily

· Involves in making collection calls and following up on past due invoices

· A/P and A/R check delivery and receipts daily posting for the company

· Prepare the A/P and A/R invoice copies and statement, post the A/P and A/R transaction for China Settlement monthly. Consolidates the monthly A/P and A/R China Settlement invoices and sending out to China

· Update weekly advance payment list

Requirements:

· Basic PC skills (Microsoft Office)

· Experience in Accounting Positions OR Degree in Accounting Major

· Chinese/English Bilingual Preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $30,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
