Project Overview

The Business Development Operations Program Manager is responsible for implementing and managing a business development process for complex enterprise partnerships. The position is responsible for managing the tactical execution of the team’s inbounds and interactions with c-suite executives and decision makers of large energy companies and/or heads of government departments globally. The role is expected to organize inbounds, coordinate internal/external interactions, capture insights, track engagements, and maintain meeting materials. This is an individual contributor role supporting the Business Development team and ing to the Head of Business Development.

Top 4 Daily Responsibilities:

• Use customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce and Google Apps, to manage interactions throughout the engagement life cycle, including: updating profiles, maintaining pipeline, scheduling meetings, preserving a business cadence, documenting progress and plans from initial interaction through deal execution.
• Execute with operational rigor around initiatives with internal and external collaborators.
• Provide external vendor management and/or broker internal resources to implement capabilities needed to support the team’s technical and business goals. This includes NDA execution and purchase order (PO) management.
• Proactively prepare for internal/external meetings with outline, agendas, and pre-read materials for c-suite executives and heads of state.

Mandatory Skills

• 5-7 years experience in Management Consulting, Business Development, Product Partnerships/Technical Account Management, or Complex Enterprise Partnerships
• Experience communicating to and coordinating with C-level executives and decision makers and/or heads of states
• Driven to take initiative, organize, plan, and prioritize tasks and projects
• Well organized with an attention to detail
• Ability to drive qualitative and quantitative research and analysis, synthesize information, and progress interactions at appropriate pace
• Manage opportunities and interactions within Salesforce
• Significant customer-facing experience leading enterprise-type customers through business or technology transformations with large account/project management experience
• Strong project management skills, planning and prioritization skills, the ability to multitask and be adaptable with customer-facing engagements Inbound/outbound prospecting and interactions, at multiple levels, from end user to management to executive, solving their pain points through value-based selling/enterprise partnerships
• Advanced working knowledge of Google Apps
• Advanced working knowledge of Salesforce CRM or similar CRM
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Compensation:

The estimated pay range for this position is USD $58.00/Hr – USD $64.00/Hr and is a Non-Exempt role.
