Milestone Systems, Inc Hiring for Software Developer Job at Remote Full Time

As part of the Custom Development team, you will be responsible for delivering to our customers turn-key software solutions based on our Video Surveillance Platform SDK. You will be an integral part of the software development cycle of these solutions.

This position will join our high performing Custom Development team and will report to the Manager of Custom Development and IT. This is a remote position, but occassional travel to our Americas Headquarters on Portland, OR may be required.

The preferred candidate for this position is located in the United States and requires that you hold a valid work visa.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Create custom software patches and integrations for top end users
• Development in C#/.NET
• Other tasks as assigned

Your Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need technical understanding of programming in C#/.NET, our product and SDK are written in .NET on the Windows platform using Microsoft tools and technology. You will also need knowledge of network and databases, as well as web services and SQL. You will also utilize the following skills on a regular basis:

• Minimum three years of experience as a software developer
• Exhibit customer centric focus
• Excellent project management skills
• Proven experience working with deadlines and interruptions
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to operate in a SCRUM and Agile environment
