The Channel Coordinator will be a big part of the growth and continued success of our partner channel. This role works closely with our go-to-market sales team to foster and grow our CARE (software maintenance) business through our channel partners. Additionally, this role is the main resource for partner onboarding success and Milestone tools training for our new and existing partners.

This position will work out of our Americas Headquarters in beautiful Lake Oswego, OR and reports to the Manager of Channel Success. Relocation assistance is not provided for this position and pay is $45000 per year ($40,500 base plus commission)

Your Responsibilities:

• Outbound calling to build and maintain relationships with existing Partners
• Track activities, Opportunity progress and documentation in Salesforce Lightning
• Develop knowledge of our company and products and be able to communicate product knowledge to the Milestone Community
• Provide sales support to our Field Sales and Reseller/Distributor Partners. This includes guidance on Milestone’s products, licensing questions, pricing, and assisting customers on a variety of issues
• Respond to questions received via telephone, email, and web
• Document sales related support cases and ensure timely resolutions
• Other tasks as assigned

Your Experience:

• High school diploma/GED required. Associates Degree preferred
• Comfortable and competent having conversations via phone and email
• Strong organization and time management skills
• A genuine desire to provide excellent customer service
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and possess basic computer skills. Any CRM system, Salesforce Lightning experience is a plus
• Ability to multitask in a face-pace environment
• Being able to calculate quotes and working with numbers and percentages
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
