Job Description:
Provide children with developmentally appropriate activities and a nurturing environment
Interacts with the children, their parents, staff members, and volunteers
Maintain classroom control, management, and sanitation
Provide room coverage at lunch and other times when necessary
Report directly to the Center Director or Assistant Director

Qualifications:
Criminal background check and fingerprinting
Experience working with children
Ability to work effectively with parents, co-workers, and diverse communities
Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
First Aid/CPR certification is required within 90 days of hire
The ability to sit on the floor with students, lift 30 pounds, and bend down
Health and Safety Orientation Training required within 90 days
