Role Overview:

Milano Di Rouge is seeking a dynamic and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative / Style Advisor. This role combines expert customer service skills with virtual styling expertise to deliver exceptional experiences to our valued customers. As a vital member of our team, your role is to enhance customer satisfaction, drive brand loyalty, and contribute to the growth of the Milano Di Rouge Brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Exceptional Customer Service:
• Offer prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance to customers through various communication channels including chat, email, phone, etc.
• Address inquiries, resolve issues, and offer product information to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Virtual Styling Expertise:
• Act as a Style Advisor, providing personalized styling recommendations, outfit suggestions, and fashion advice based on customer preferences and the brand’s offerings.
• Utilize technology like virtual fitting rooms or augmented reality tools to enhance the customer’s shopping experience.
• Proactive Issue Resolution & Website Improvement:
• Actively listen to customer feedback and concerns, using them as opportunities for immediate improvement.
• Collaborate closely with the web development team to update the website, ensuring that it effectively addresses customer FAQs, and showcases the features and functionalities of our products. 
•  Strategically enhance the website to ensure valuable information is noted, and the overall customer’s shopping experience is improved.
• Visual Merchandising Insights:
• Provide insights and feedback on product presentation and visual merchandising to enhance the visual appeal of our e-commerce platform.
• Trend Awareness:
• Stay updated on fashion trends to incorporate relevance into styling decisions and virtual interactions.
• Customer Engagement:
• Proactively engage with customers post-purchase to gather feedback, ensure satisfaction, and foster brand loyalty.
• Follow up on shopping experiences and assist with any additional inquiries or styling needs.
• Product Knowledge:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest collections, trends, and styling options to provide accurate and up-to-date advice to customers.
• E-commerce & Website Optimization:
• Contribute to the enhancement of the website’s user-friendliness, ensuring easy navigation and an appealing visual interface.
• Implement strategies to increase website visitors and purchases 
• Data-Driven Styling:
• Leverage customer data to understand user preferences, behaviors, shopping patterns, and product recommendations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create content inspired by customer interactions. 
• Share insights and details about frequently asked questions (FAQs) to enhance product knowledge, functionality, and features. 
• Collaborate with the social media marketer to curate content that addresses customer inquiries. and provide style inspirations to drive traffic to our e-commerce platform.
• Collaborate closely with our web development team to update the website, ensuring that it effectively addresses customer FAQs by showcasing the features and functionalities of our products. The goal is to provide valuable information to our customers and improve their overall shopping experience on our platform.
• Monitoring & Analysis:
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including conversion rates, bounce rates, and average order value to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a fashion or e-commerce environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in virtual styling or personal shopping.
• Proficiency in using virtual fitting rooms, augmented reality tools, and familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
• Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and proficiency in using various communication channels.
• In-depth understanding of fashion trends, styling techniques, and knowledge of the clothing industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to proactively identify and address customer issues, provide solutions, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing fashion trends and technologies in the e-commerce space.
• Strong attention to detail when providing personalized styling recommendations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
