Milani Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning Ltd. is Looking for Inventory/Data Entry Clerk Full Time

Milani Plumbing, Vancouver’s largest plumbing, heating and air conditioning company is seeking a part-time Inventory/Data Entry Clerk to support our team in Kelowna. With more than 120 service trucks on the road, we field a large volume of calls every day from people all over Okanagan area that need our help with their plumbing, drainage, heating and air conditioning service.

We are looking to fill this open position within our organization immediately, we require people with great attention to detail.

Job Duties:

• Maintaining accurate inventory;
• Placing product orders to fulfill inventory needs;
• Reconciling any discrepancies in inventory data;
• Processing, issuing and sending invoices;
• Entering data in inventory management system;
• Assisting with other accounting and administrative activities.

Successful candidates must:

• 1 year experience in inventory management or similar role;
• Experience in accounting is an asset;
• Have a great attention to detail.
• Have excellent computer skills and typing speed
• Be an expert multi-tasker
• Speak English
• Reliable and trustworthy
