MIKE FITZPATRICK FORD Hiring for invoicing clerk Job at Remote Full Time

The Invoicing Clerk position is responsible for performing daily invoicing functions with respect to each division of sales within the company. Additional responsibilities include researching billing errors, issuing debit or credit memos to resolve the billing errors, and working with other departments to provide documents to meet customer requests that are not part of the normal billing cycle.
Key Responsibilities:

• Regular, reliable attendance at the work site or assigned work location
• Provides support and backup to the Invoicing Supervisor
• Processing of daily billing files.
• Research and resolve billing inquires and issues.
• Working with other employees to answer questions and solve issues.
• Able to train and mentor other clerical staff.
• Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed

Required Qualifications:

• An Accounting or Business related Associate Degree or minimum three years’ accounting experience required.
• Advanced PC skills with proficient use of Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook required. Microsoft Dynamics GP experience is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, self-motivated and able to meet specific deadlines.
• Able to work in a high volume, transaction driven environment.
• Good Analytical skills, able to make sound decisions utilizing the data at hand.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude that fosters effective relationships
• Proficient use of 10-Key.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 – $24.00 per hour
