Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand Specialist

This role offers the opportunity to build a talent acquisition and employer brand strategy from scratch, and although based in the UK or Ireland has the influence and opportunity to scale across other European markets.

In this newly created, standalone role you will be responsible for:

. Building an employer branding and attraction strategy, including social media and external partnerships.

. Developing an end to end recruitment process for all applicants, to roll out in the UK and Ireland, but also to scale this to multiple European Markets (Nordics, BeNeLux, France)

. Developing an approach to reaching under-represented talent to ensure greater diversity and representation within our business

. To be the point of contact for all recruitment in the UK& Ireland (~80+ roles) as well as advising South Africa and North West Europe on their approach.

. To audit and decide the best agency partners to support our growth ambitions

Who are we looking for?

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in building a full recruitment process and the change management and tools required to make this successful
• Experience in employer branding or talent attraction projects
• A passion for and experience in inclusive hiring practises
• Comfort around senior leaders and is happy to coach hiring managers of all levels
• Proactivity and the ability to stand alone
• An Immer Besser Mindset: A passion for high quality and premium service, underpinned by a growth mindset that constantly looks for ways to improve.

Plus, it would be an advantage if you have:

• An understanding or experience of recruitment in other Western European markets (BeNeLux, France, Nordics)
• Data analysis skills and the ability to convert recruitment data to insights
• A knowledge of the premium goods industry
• Knowledge or experience in UK apprenticeships
