Midwest Electronic Systems, Inc Hiring for Account Manager Full Time

We are looking for a full-time Account Manager to join our team!

Daily Tasks Include but are not limited to:

• Coordinating ongoing Maintenance Agreements, preparing correspondence, and managing files
• Prepare quotations for potential clients & existing customers
• Preparing brochures for our clients
• Assisting with Putting Together Project Documents
• Checking-In equipment deliveries (labeling & updating project tracking sheets)
• Answering Phone Calls when needed & assisting customers

Applicant Requirements:

• Computer Skills
• Familiar with the basics of the Microsoft Office programs Word, Excel, Outlook (Email) & also Adobe PDF since they’re used daily for most tasks.
• Communication Skills, speaking with other employees & customers on the phone
• Organized & can work under timeline
• Able to switch tasks easily based on priority
• Eager to learn new skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
