About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for the management of the recruitment process, including developing sourcing strategies, interviewing and hiring candidates through a team of recruiters. This position works to continuously improve all aspects of the recruiting process and interacts extensively with different partners & internal stakeholders to meet business requirements. The position is also responsible for developing and executing the recruitment and selection processes that are legally compliant and cost effective while meeting established criteria with respect to cost per hire and time to fill.

• Assists the functional leader in strategizing both external & internal hiring efforts in accordance with the hiring needs of the organization.
• Develops and executes recruitment strategies to ensure high quality hires within cost per hire and time to hire targets.
• Develops appropriate reporting strategies and metrics, assesses trends and takes appropriate action to improve performance.
• Ensures consistent candidate experience and adheres to the branding guidelines of the company.
• Manages all external vendors, negotiates contracts and ensures quality of service delivery.
• Suggests process improvements in the existing recruitment and selection process.
• Management of direct reports.

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• 10+ years of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources experience in a fast-paced environment.
• ATS experience to track full lifecycle recruiting from application to onboarding.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred

• Workday HRIS.
• Financial Services, Call Center environment experience.
