Mentoring, coaching, and assisting the team in setting and meeting goals as well as creating the best buying experience for our clients are key functions of this role.

If you are an experienced Used Car Sales Manager with at least 2 years of New or Used Sales Management, are driven to performance excellence, and looking to lead a winning team, this is the place for you. As a key leader at the dealership, you will:

• Enthusiastically leverage your substantial automotive experience to motivate, organize, coach, and direct a team of sales, customer service, and finance professionals
• Work collaboratively with your General Sales Manager to attain goals, objectives, volume, and gross margin targets of a best-in-class dealership
• Coach, mentor, and train staff in customer service, follow up, prospecting and closing techniques
• Desking of all new and used inventory
• Working along side your General Sales Manager to manage inventory levels for both new and used
• Forecasting gross and volume targets monthly
• CSI (CX) volume levels for sales monthly
• Ensuring peak inventory display and presence in-store and online

Some of your key attributes will include:

• Superior training, mentoring, organizing and motivational skills, with a focus on client and team satisfaction, while focusing on delivering excellence
• 2+ years’ experience in Sales Management in the automotive industry
• Proven record of managing and controlling expenses

Salary: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
