Full-Time 40 Hours

Middlesex Health is seeking an experienced Talent Management Partner for Patient Care Services to join our Talent Acquisition Team! The Talent Management Partner will perform full cycle recruitment activities while promoting positive working relationships with a wide variety of internal and external customers, as well as implementing and communicating proactive recruitment strategies to reduce vacancy rates and time to fill. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.

• Three (3) years progressive experience with full-cycle recruiting/sourcing for licensed professions in an acute care setting. Five (5) years of licensed clinical experience will be considered in lieu of education.

• Familiarity with the use of social medial and job boards and how it relates to talent attraction

• Strong computer skills

• Experience navigating dynamic and diverse environments, and able to adapt accordingly

• Ability to quickly self-educate and become an expert in various healthcare recruiting niches

• Highly motivated and able to work as part of a team

• Excellent professional communication skills

• Ability to multi-task with strong follow up and follow-through skills

• Strong organization and time management skills as well as the ability to balance several priorities

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to meet competing deadlines under pressure while maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Clinical profession with applicable licensure.

• Five years of clinical recruitment experience

• SPHR or PHR certification

• Experience with high volume Applicant Tracking Systems, Infor, Google, data management, and record-keeping

• Proven success placing top talent, building pipelines, and effectively developing relationships with hiring managers
