About the role
This role is full time (37 hours), permanent.
The Human Resources Business Partner will promote, communicate and implement college wide Human Resources initiatives and functions. The successful candidate will ensure the aligning of HR to meet the business needs and influencing key business decisions to ensure the effective management and development of staff.
The successful candidate will have:
A good standard of general education e.g. 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) including English & Maths.
CIPD Level 5 Human Resource Management
Recruitment experience preferred.
Well-developed interpersonal & communication skills.
Demonstrable experience of operating as a HR Advisor across a complex organisation.
Sound judgement demonstrated by experience advising on employee relations matters, pay policy, and HR policies and procedures.
Create, maintain and promote good working relationships.
Able to achieve deadlines and targets.
Strong customer service focus.
Attention to detail.
