The role & you

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join the Human Resources team as a Talent Acquisition Officer.

This hands on role is responsible for coordinating and undertaking end to end recruitment across the organisation. Ideally, you’ll have experience working in a fast paced recruitment and/or Human Resources environment and a natural skill for developing exceptional stakeholder relationships. You’ll be super organised, a bit of an admin whizz and a team player.

We’ll be impressed with your outstanding initiative, integrity and ability to be flexible and pragmatic.

The package: Commencing salary package circa $62,000 p.a. plus superannuation.

Location: This position will be based at our Administration Centre in Yalawanyi Ganya at 2 Biripi Way, Taree. You may also be required to be based from other Council sites across the MidCoast Council region.

Tenure: Permanent, Full Time.
