Job Title: HR Advisor
Location: Yorkshire
Salary: up to £30,000 per annum
Your new role: Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will work as part of the HR team covering multi-sites. You will be instrumental in providing day-to-day HR advice and support to staff and management. From leading with new ideas and initiatives and providing direction with training and development, you will also support management dealing with daily absent and performance management issues and providing development plans to help support those staff who want to develop. You will be the first point of call for providing quality advice and be a safe pair of hands minuting disciplinary meetings. The role is covering a number of sites across the North West and offers the opportunity for some agile working once the successful person is up and running.
Skills, experience and qualifications required: The successful candidate will be CIPD 3 qualified with aspirations to achieve CIPD 5 in the future. You will have a strong generalist background in manufacturing operations and have hands-on experience of supporting a FMCG business, business partnering management in best practice advice in absent and performance management.
