QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WOULD BE EXPECTED TO :

• Work with appropriate team members to create disposal s.
• Process and reconcile transactions of complex nature.
• Ensure timely and accurate data is gathered and sent to jurisdictions.
• Perform audits on collected data.
• Effectively reconcile disposal s.
• Proficient knowledge of Excel, Formulas, Pivot Tables
• Maintain appropriate s, data, and files
• Effectively resolve reconciliation discrepancies
• Maintain excellent relationships with vendors and ensure all systems are updated with vendor information and files.
• Assist in improving and keeping all contract required s to date.
• Perform audits on collected data.
• Stay current with industry trends to be a source of accounting subject matter expertise for the Team, company, vendors, and clients.
• Adhere to corporate standards and procedures in clerical reconciliation activities.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION :

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

This is a full-time position with a benefits package. Hourly rate will be determined based on experience and training of the candidate.

Schedule will be Monday through Friday.
