Mid-Continent Engineering is seeking a quality administration assistant for 1st Shift- Monday through Friday.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparation of FAI documentation, utilizing buffer , maintain communication between Engineering and Quality via verbal and email communication.
FAI AS9102 creation utilizing inspection export software
Filing of Certification(s) Internal / External and related documentation in an Electronic Filing System
Preparation of FAI documentation packages to be submitted to MCE Customers
Mics. Quality Department Administrative duties.
Secondary Duties & Responsibilities:
Copy and balloon drawings and parts lists to Inspection Expert to execute FAI documentation for submission of data package to the customer
Create FAI form AS9102 and balloon to OSV and receive back into MCE Quality department.
Miscellaneous projects as assigned.
Experience:
Quality Department Administration or equivalent.
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent knowledge of Quality Management Systems & implementation. Internal auditor experience in ISO9001 or AS9100 is preferred.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong computer skills including QA applications, word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
Project management skills to lead the organization through Quality System changes.

Physical Demands
Regularly required to sit; occasionally required to stand, reach, bend and move throughout the facility.
Must be able to safely work in and around facility, following required safety procedures, and, where applicable, use of PPE.

Required to wear safety glasses throughout the manufacturing facility as well as hearing protection in designated areas.
