Mid Atlantic Machinery and its multiple affiliated companies, is a distributor of world class metal fabricating machine tools. Due to exciting corporate growth, Mid Atlantic Machinery is searching for the right bookkeeper to join the accounting team. The job offers challenge and allows you to build your skills. Our main products are lasers, punches, press brakes, system software and material handling solutions for processing sheet metal and structural steel. You will be supporting the accounting teams for multiple companies under the Mid Atlantic Machinery umbrella. Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

· AR, AP, Collections, Billing

· Payroll assistance

· Journal entries, CC Reconciliations

· Continuous process improvement

· Assist with any ad hoc projects and reports as needed. You will be on a team of 4.

What you need

· Associate’s Degree in Accounting Minimum, Bachelor’s Preferred

· 3-5 years of appropriate experience

· Excellent computer skills including experience with Quickbooks or other ERP software

· Excellent customer service and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 – $42,000.00 per year
