The post holder will provide administrative support the the team. The nature of this work and the expectation is that the post holder will provide proactive administrative support including diary management to ensure projects run to time. The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational and time management skills.
The post holder will be responsible for administration in relation to setting up a wide range of change team activities across the Trust.
The post holder will be the first point of contact for general Change Team queries, taking responsibility for ensuring that the query is dealt with in a professional manner and that if unable to deal with personally, the query is escalated to the correct person, where necessary.
The post holder will also have regular interface with all staff across the MSEFT, including Senior Managers, for the purpose of diary management, responding to queries and project co-ordination on behalf of the Change Team.
To provide administrative support to the Change Team with regards to diary management, project support, post and general administration duties that support the smooth running of the team. The nature of this work and the expectation is that the post holder will provide proactive administrative support where necessary to ensure projects run to time.
The post holder will be expected to work on their own initiative at all times with minimum supervision and be required to communicate effectively and efficiently with all levels of management including Executive Management, displaying a high level of tact and diplomacy at all times.
