Outside Sales Representative – Ohio and Indiana

For over 45 years Mid-American Cleaning Contractors, Inc. has provided high quality cleaning services to medical facilities, schools, factories, and offices. Services include floor care, facility disinfection, general cleaning, construction cleanup, window cleaning, and waste disposal.

We are looking for a full-time, highly motivated, sales representative to focus on business-to-business sales development in Indiana.

Responsibilities Include

· Develop new sales through company provided leads, prospecting, and cold-calling.

· Work with existing accounts to develop new sales opportunities and optimize services.

· Prepare accurate cost and price estimates for services and products provided.

· Participate in development of marketing and sales promotion strategies .

· Prepare and present written and oral sales proposals, service agreements, and RFPs.

· Attend and/or participate in industry trade shows

Preferred Qualifications

· Minimum 2 years outside sales experience, includes cold calling .

· Must have experience and knowledge of commercial cleaning products, equipment, and services.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills.

· Associate or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or Education.

· Valid driver’s license.

· Self-motivated.

Cannot have a Non-Compete in Ohio or Indiana
