We are looking for someone who wants to build broad experience within the wider HR function as you will play a pivotal role within the team, supporting with project work and advising managers on a full range of HR services such as; interpretation and implementation of policies and procedures, performance management, staff development, succession planning and employee relations.

What you will be doing:
Supporting with conducting investigations, disciplinaries and grievances, ensuring legal compliance along with meeting Company best practice standards
Managing staff relationships, responding to queries or problems that they have and managing their expectations
Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems, policies, and procedures, to drive business performance
Undertake HR project work, both in a supporting and ownership capacity
Undertake administrative tasks for the complete employee life cycle, this will include but is not limited to; logging absence, creating new employee records, sending probation, promotion, pay increase letters, calculating holidays
Analyse data and produce reports on HR statistics
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience working in a HR Advisory role
Currently pursuing an academic and/or professional HR qualification, such as level 5 CIPD, or willing to work towards
Demonstrable experience of advising and working alongside a range of stakeholders at all levels
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
Passionate about HR and keen to learn and develop your experience
Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload
Meticulous with excellent attention to detail
Knowledge and understanding of confidentiality and the importance of utmost discretion
Intellectually curious and keen to take on new challenges
