Job description

Responsibilities:

a) Communicate with Customers locally and internationally;

b) Provide Quotations and follow up on customers;

c) Deal with Leads and accounts on an individual basis;

d) Communicate with a variety of customers ranging from large corporations to Defense Contractors.

Skills:

a) Strong communications skills are required;

b) Able to learn and understand wireless data communications and the markets in which our products are sold;

c) Able to work unsupervised to maintain relationships with customers;

d) Well organized, motivated, outgoing positive personality is required;

e) Basic Computer skills are required.

Education / Experience:

a) Two years of Post Secondary Education in automation, electronics, or computer is a plus;

b) Background in electronics, wireless communication or telecom is a plus;

c) Prior Customer service experience is preferred.

Salary: $23.00-$27.00 per hour

Additional pay:

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
