Microgreens Ottawa Hiring for Agricultural Worker at Ottawa, ON Full Time

Microgreens Ottawa is an urban indoor vertical farm. We grow and sell the highest quality micro herbs and sprouts in Eastern Ontario. We have an opening for a permanent team member. Duties will include watering of the plants, seeding trays, mixing soil, attending customers, harvesting greens, and general cleaning duties. Regular lifting of 40 lb. (18 kg.) water jugs is required. Regular schedule for this position is Thursday through Monday, daytime shift only. No evenings required.

A retail, customer service, or horticulture background will be given higher priority, we’re a small team, and members will be expected to carry out a variety of duties. We’re on a search for individuals that love growing plants and helping people. A positive attitude and a happy disposition are key ingredients for this job.
