The world of Talent Acquisition has changed. Long gone are the days of placing ads and receiving numerous applications to sort through. In the current climate, there needs to be a well thought out plan on how to find the right people for your business, both technically and culturally.

In the life of a Talent Acquisition Manager at MicroChannel, you will use your creative flair to devise a strategy on attracting and sourcing talent for the business. Overseeing all talent acquisition for the Australia and New Zealand operations, you will be involved in the recruitment of technical and non-technical positions, working closely with the senior management team and the Head of HR to identify their needs and requirements.

General day to day activities will include …
Management of all advertising campaigns across a number of social media platforms
Designing and implementing a sourcing strategy on a global scale.
Assisting with the design and review of Employee Value Proposition strategies
Management of the end-to-end recruitment process with a personal approach
Establishing relationships with current and new recruitment vendors
Collaborating with the APAC HR team to assess candidates interested in relocation

Extensive experience in recruitment within the technology space
A proven flair for attracting talent and building relationships
A natural ability to tell a story and sell the brand
An open communication style with excellent written communication skills

Prior experience working with regional sourcing teams
