In the life of a Talent Acquisition Manager at MicroChannel, you will use your creative flair to devise a strategy on attracting and sourcing talent for the business. Overseeing all talent acquisition for the Australia and New Zealand operations, you will be involved in the recruitment of technical and non-technical positions, working closely with the senior management team and the Head of HR to identify their needs and requirements.

Management of all advertising campaigns across a number of social media platforms
Designing and implementing a sourcing strategy on a global scale.
Assisting with the design and review of Employee Value Proposition strategies
Management of the end-to-end recruitment process with a personal approach
Establishing relationships with current and new recruitment vendors
Collaborating with the APAC HR team to assess candidates interested in relocation
