Microart Services Inc. Hiring for Quality Inspector – Night Shift at Markham, ON Full Time

Shift: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM

Payrate: $18.50/hr

DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:

• Conducts quality control inspections on products according to company quality procedures and workmanship standards (i.e. performs incoming, in-process, quality control inspections)
• Completes necessary quality control documentation (i.e. collects inspection data as per inspection procedure; records inspection data using control charts)
• Rework of SMT and fine pitch SMT assemblies
• Provides feedback to team
• Assists in training of new inspectors as assigned
• Participate in team quality meeting(s) and provide feedback to team on issues identified after troubleshooting
• Participate in training and certification programs to ensure job knowledge and skills set requirements are updated regularly
• Participate in all team level quality improvement initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years electronic assembly, rework and inspection experience
• Knowledge of ISO 9000 Quality standards; Knowledge of IPC A 600 – Acceptability of Printed Circuit Boards
• Knowledge of IPC 610 preferred – Minimum IPC 610 E preferred
• Strong understanding and application of workmanship standards
• Thorough understanding and application of quality standards and control procedures
• Detail oriented, quality conscious, well organized, analytical and reliable
• Ability to understand and communicate in written and oral English is essential
• Enthusiasm and ability to work well independently
• A positive team attitude
• Flexibility to work shifts according to business needs
