Full Job Description
Micro Tech Staffing Group is one of the top technical staffing firms in New England. We are currently looking for a full time Technical Recruiter at our West Boylston office. We offer health/dental/vision benefits, 401k, and commission bonuses. Looking for an experienced recruiter for a full time role, pay depends on experience and can range from $45K-$50K base salary plus commissions.
- Recruit qualified candidates for various manufacturing and warehouse jobs.
- Screen applicants on skill level.
- Post jobs online using different platforms
- Prep candidates on interviews
- Onboarding employees, doing paperwork
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of staffing experience
- Manufacturing/Warehouse staffing experience a big plus.
- Phone and email etiquette
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
