Micro-Tech Endoscopy is looking for a motivated and sophisticated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This polished professional will be responsible for strategizing and effectively managing our full life cycle recruitment process to support the fast-paced growth of our organization. Successful candidates will be able to execute a standard sourcing engagement flawlessly, but will also identify new channels for talent generation; working to cultivate meaningful local and industry-specific networks. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be an exceptional communicator, able to modify their approach to meet the needs of various audiences. They will work in partnership with our hiring managers to exceed their hiring expectations, while also ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will:

• Work with the HR Manager and business leaders to understand their talent need, then create a roadmap to identify sourcing and timing considerations to achieve placement objectives.
• Manage the full life cycle recruitment process; attracting, interviewing and selecting top candidates (primarily Exempt Sales or Operations professionals) who have the skills, knowledge and experiences highlighted in each job profile.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and timing, leveraging selection tools to provide a highly qualified slate to interview.
• Provide frequent updates about their progress achieving KPIs (time to fill, candidate quality, retention, etc.)
• Bring an insightful and customized approach to each requisition – utilizing various sources (sourcing platforms, social media, professional networks and employee referrals, etc.) to ensure a high level of interest and candidate flow.
• Proactively develop professional relationships; identifying and cultivating new avenues for attracting a strong talent pipeline. (i.e., college job fairs, recruiting sessions, etc.)
• Be responsible for detailed documentation of the hiring process, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
• Manage and facilitate the interview process; scheduling and coordinating all aspects of candidate and hiring manager interaction.
• Conduct all hiring-related contingencies including background reviews, reference checks, and drug screens when required.
• Shadow key positions across the organization to understand job requirements, with some travel involved.
• Facilitate hiring related assessments, and/or new hire onboarding.
• Represent our organization with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring all candidates have a positive experience in their pursuit to learn more about our opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• At least 3 years of Exempt-level (non-hourly) Talent Acquisition experience in a fast paced environment. Preference given to those who have sourced and recruited for both Sales and Operations positions.
• Experience generating a talent pipeline outside of standard job posting/screening process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to listen to and determine if candidates would be well qualified.
• Ability to develop sourcing strategies for a variety of roles.
• Proactive professional with the ability to take initiative with limited direction.
• Excellent time management skills, able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
• 2+ years of experience utilizing an applicant-tracking software or other recruitment system.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• College recruiting experience preferred.
• Prior experience recruiting both Sales and Operations professionals preferred.

• Sustain lengthy conversations in person and via video conference.
• Adjust conversation style to accommodate diverse audiences.
• Engage in logical reasoning, interpreting and responding.
• Sit at a desk and working on a computer for prolonged periods.
• Up to 20% travel required; Ability to sit for extended periods on a plane and travel to and from airports and hotels via ground transportation
• Willing and able to drive to for extended hours to reach certain locations
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
