Accounting Manager
Micro Current Technology, Inc is a forward thinking medical device, skin care device and skin care product manufacturer with distribution in over 40 countries worldwide. We are currently seeking new talent to join our team to assist us in our mission of bringing beautiful skin to all.
The Accounting Manager is a full time position with an integral role in ensuring accurate accounting and reporting in the areas of Accounts Receivable, Contract Admin, Accounts Payable, Cash Flow and Budget Forecasting, Tax reporting, and Human Resources.
Requires fastidious organizational, administrative, and verbal and written communication skills. Must be timely, with comprehensive understanding of priorities and dynamics, and be extremely agile and consistent. Must enjoy and thrive in a fast moving, high energy, constantly evolving environment. Candidate should be able to manage, support or lead projects, and have an inherent need for completion of projects and tasks.
Responsibilities include:
Accounts Payable
Release vendor checks, apply credits, and manage required journal entries
Reconcile vendor statements
Review Accounts Payable for accuracy and process A/P Monthly Accounting Period Close
Review and approve weekly expense reports for payment
Develop reports for forecasting purchase/inventory requirements
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, loans, etc.
Manage Credit Hold accounts
Manage vendor disputes and discrepancies
Accounts Receivable
Work with Sales Management and Customer Accounts to project monthly cash flow
Enter A/R invoices and create account statements
Receive and deposit A/R payments and manage collections, as required
Review Accounts Receivable for accuracy and process A/R Monthly Accounting Period Close
Maintain all pricing schedules and COG
Complete requests for credit reference
Maintain Customer Files and Reseller Permits
HR/Payroll
Manage New Hire and termination processes
Process Payroll; review and process timesheets, compile commission reports, paid and unpaid time off reconciliation
Manage Employee Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)
Manage Vacation/Time Off process and track employee absence
Financials/Tax Reporting
Develop reports on project profitability and individual product profitability
Provide reporting to Management on a weekly basis
Contract Admin
Review contracts for approval and signature.
Equipment Maintenance, Insurance and Licensing
Review and maintain complete vendor files
Tax strategies and tax reporting preparation
Daily management activities:
· Bank reconciliation
· Track employee absences
· Daily financial reporting to owners
Weekly management activities:
· Run open receivables and follow-up on payment
· Run open payables; review, plan and communicate
· Vacation/Time Off requests

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
