Who we need..
We are currently seeking a Finance Administrator to work within our high calibre Service Support Team team providing assistance and support primarily within the Property Management department

Responsibilities will include;

• • Preparing notice to vacate for Property Managers
  • Apply online for RTBA and VCAT applications
  • Setting up New Managements in the Reapit software
  • Maintain records for the Annual Smoke Detector Servicing Program
  • Following up OC Fee invoices not received for that quarter
  • Following up on arrears notices for Non MICM OC Fees
  • Managing new management tasks for Non MICM OC Fees
  • Setting up new creditors in RPS
  • Lodge Bond Claims and Tenant Transfers on RTBA
  • Provide relief reception when required
  • Assist with finance and marketing tasks when required
  • Undertake other duties as required and ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and within a timely manner with a professional and ethical approach.

To be successful you will have;

• Proven experience in basic accounting functions
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• High level attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
