We’re looking for a HR Administrator.

The right candidate will have experience in the following areas:

The HR Administrator is responsible for delivering all facets of full-cycle recruitment for the company. We are interested in training you in the following areas:

• Applicant tracking system
• Sales aptitude and experience
• Knowledge of recruitment techniques and methodologies including social media

The HR Administrator will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent. Assume responsibility for recruiting and selection in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Partner with administrative assistants and managers throughout the company to gain a solid understanding of business objectives, job requirements, and hiring plans to develop and implement recruitment strategies
• Use creative and innovative methods to source candidates. Participate in career fairs, industry events, and social media avenues
• Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge concerning position requirements. Screen and interview applicants and facilitate managerial interviews
• Develop and track metrics associated with the recruiting process and quality of hires
• Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resource files and Applicant Tracking System
• Create and maintain excel worksheets utilized to track recruiting data

Skills, Abilities, Expertise & Competencies:

• Preferably a track record of recruitment results with 1 plus/minus years of experience
• BS. in business or a related field is a plus
• Experience with service company recruiting a plus
• Flexible schedule; able to accommodate interviews outside of normal work hours
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Skills in database management and record-keeping
• Ability to travel for recruitment interviews, meetings, college visits, and career fairs
