Job Description
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, it will be the role of the Talent Acquisition Specialist to:
- Source and actively engage talent through job boards, social media and active networking
- Manage candidates through the resourcing process, acknowledging applications, shortlisting CV’s, pre-screening activity, assessment centres, conducting interviews and taking full ownership of the candidate experience from start to finish
- Manage candidates via Applicant Tracking Systems
- Monitor and track recruitment spend, ensuring activity is delivered within agreed budgets
- Work with stakeholders to coach and train on any skill gaps around recruitment/interviews
- Work across the matrix structure to support the Talent team on initiatives and projects
The Successful Applicant
- Must be educated to degree level
- Advanced Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills
- Experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
- Ability to work well under pressure and to challenging deadlines
- Proven track record of providing an excellent candidate experience
- IT savvy and able to use social media and job boards to attract the best talent
