Job Description
My client is a growing healthcare business that is looking to really develop their talent acquisition offering by employing a specialist that will work closely with the HR Director, working remotely and also from their offices in Brentwood.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate for the Talent Acquisition Specialist role will be proven with either an in-house or agency background, ideally with some clinical recruitment experience (this is not essential).
What’s on Offer
The Talent Acquisition Specialist role comes with an attractive salary of between £45-£50,000 with good benefits. The role will also welcome hybrid working with the expectation of being in the office twice a week.
