About Our Client

Our client is a rapidly growing Tech organisation based in Manchester city centre. With exciting growth plans, they are seeking an ambitious TA Manager to support the next phase of their growth journey


Job Description

As part of a small but growing HR team, and reporting into the HR Director, the TA Manager will bear responsibility for (but not limited to);

  • The planning and execution of a robust recruitment process, from the writing of job profiles, CV screening, candidate assessment, interviewing and offer management, through to employee exit
  • Management of innovative candidate sourcing strategies across a variety of platforms
  • Supporting the senior leadership team with hiring needs and budget management
  • Proactive talent pipe-lining
  • Supporting the HR team on succession planning
  • Supporting the senior leadership team on recruitment best practice, driving positive candidate experience across all functions
  • Reporting on key recruitment metrics to the senior leadership team
  • Management of agency relationships


The Successful Applicant

This is a great opportunity for an existing Talent Acquisition professional to join a growing Tech organisation as they enter the next phase of their growth journey. This is a hands-on operational role with the opportunity to design, implement and deliver the business’s future recruitment strategy, as well as grow the TA team going forward

The ideal candidate will have/be;

  • Experience of implementing Talent Acquisition strategies in a fast-paced and/or growing organisation
  • Experience of recruiting mid-high volume roles across a broad variety of job functions and levels
  • Experience of ATS implementation would be beneficial
  • A confident communicator, with the skills to liaise with senior stakeholders in the business
  • Experience in Tech recruitment would be beneficial, but not essential


What’s on Offer

The salary on offer is £50,000 – £60,000 dependent on experience, plus benefits. The organisation operates a hybrid working model.
