Job Description
The HR team is embarking on an exciting HR transformation project that will significantly raise the profile of the function across the Company. Reporting to the Divisional HR Business Partner this is a key role within the department and you will be an integral part of the delivery of our HR strategy moving forward. We have a long track record of success in our sector and the HR department is changing to ensure we are best equipped to continue to fulfil our targets for the benefit of our employees, customers and shareholders.
You will be responsible for employment relations within your area, including disciplinary, grievance, performance management and absence management. You will be responsible for managing your caseload through to completion and you will effectively coach and mentor your management team whilst providing first and second line commercially focused advice and you will know when to escalate high risk and complex cases to your line manager.
You will support, roll out and embed HR initiatives, including driving the effective use of the HR information system along with additional projects as and when required.
You will travel regularly throughout your division to attend various meetings, including senior management meetings and you will build effective working relationships along the way.
The Successful Applicant
This is a high profile role within the business and as a Regional HR Advisor, you will be a truly experienced HR generalist. Ideally, you would have previously worked in a multi-site role and you will be used to managing a high caseload with on occasions conflicting deadlines.
You will be able to demonstrate outstanding communication skills, both orally and in writing and you will be able to effectively and confidently communicate with colleagues at all levels. You will also hold a CIPD qualification.

The business will offer flexible working arrangements for office based staff with the agreement of the Head of Department.
